    It had nothing to do with Jennifer, she was great and helped to talk an irate customer off the ledge.the process in general was rough and rigid. Borrower had a closing date of June 27 and there were long turntimes for loan condition review...

    Even though the underwriters seem to lack the sufficient knowledge to get the job done properly the first time around, it is nice to have mike here for us in order to escalate issues to the proper people who have the knowledge to get loans...

    Mike Mell is great, love him. However freedom mortgage underwriting is painfully slow if there is a snag they stop underwriting it so after condition is cleared if another snag comes up we have to clear that to find out the rest of the files...
