    Very crazy ending to a hectic loan. If it wasn't for Nick and freedoms team and their great communication this loan wouldn't have closed on time. It was an all hands on deck effort.

    underwriting won't review conditions until the very end, then requires additional conditions. This makes the transaction very unpleasant for all parties

    The Freedom team has been wonderful. The underwriters and closers are knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. This particular loan the seller took the keys when they moved out of state. The appraisal couldn't be done until the day before closing....
