shelly is one of the best account executives in town. she is extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. the Best AE one can ever ask for.
She responds very quickly with the information I need.
Michael always answers his phone and if he doesn't, he calls right back. He's upfront and if he doesn't know an answer, he finds it and then gets back to you with it.
