The overall process was considered “OK” mostly due to lack of status updates or delays in communication re: questions. If there was an option in between “OK” and “Great” - I would choose it.
Dolitta's response time was very quick and eased mine and my wife's worries constantly. Her professional demeanor was very easy to work with and we felt taken care of at every step of the process.
Bridget ensured that we had constant communication, and made the process simple and efficient.

Brian stayed in touch, was very responsive, listened to my plan/strategy, and helped implement it. He also worked to escalate some of my requests to make them happen. I feel like I got the best possible outcome for the closing.
She answered our questions in a timely manner. She deals with us very professionally. Addressed the problems very quickly. We can highly recommend her.
Ashley answered all questions and helped get things done so we could close on time. She was great!
