Quick responses, easy online upload process, quick turnaround.
Jeff was so helpful explaining our options and sent various different scenarios to help us make a decision. He was quick to respond and didn’t pressure us to move forward. That was a nice change from other lenders we’ve dealt with. Great experience!...

Robert jackson made my experience with purchasing my first home great!! He helped me with all questions I had. The communication was great and he got back to me immediately anytime I had a question
Timely communication and execution of the process
It was a great experience and very professional team.
Jeffrey was great to work with and made the whole process very easy. He explained things in a clear way that made sense to me and all of the online uploads and signatures made it easy to work through the process smoothly.
Speed of processing and communication was poor. Over 6 months to complete. Repeated request for documents already recieved.
Jeff was an invaluable asset when helping my fiancé and I purchase our first home!

Jerry and team were super responsive and helped find the right loan for our new home. Happy with the online resources and info exchange procedures. Thanks Jerry!
