It was my first experience so I have nothing to compare it against honestly.
Patrick get me well informed with the whole process. He walked me through the technical things that I was having issues with. Working with him was comfortable and made me feel like I was family not just a number.
Jonathan is exceptional at what he does. He works with you, he listens to what you want and he makes it happen.
