Although there were certain unpleasant late additional cost charged due to foreseable effects from credit checks, once those were experienced the rest of the process went smoothly.

Yamil congrats again on your new investment property! Yes, unfortunately when we complete the hard credit pull and scores change from the original soft credit pull the rate/points can be impacted as we discussed. Thanks and congrats again

David and Shannon were easy to work with and very timely with their communication to me. We closed the Monday after Thanksgiving and they did not skip a beat for us to close on time.
