I love Novus' Homebot tool for keeping an eye on things like how much equity I have in my home, and potential refi savings. When we decided it was time for a refi, it was a very quick and easy process. Everyone on the team is great.

Joe was such a great lender that walked me thru everything one by one and made sure that I got whatever was necessary for every detail that would come up on my way. He wouldn't give me false hopes in the mean time he was very realistic too...
