Everything was great except the closing. The woman who did the closing was simply a notary and knew nothing about the documents and could not explain anything.

Kyle was helping me. He did a great job.
mary jo was great, as was her assistant, christine. the refinance required two appraisals. i didn't like the lst appraiser's assessment on the value of my home, which sheundervalued. the 2nd appraiser appraised it at almost $300,000 more.
