I've owned several houses, been through the loan process several times. Bank of America was terrible despite the fact that I've been a customer for over 25 years. Jon Wald is the best. I cannot think of any thing to improve their process.

Easy process and good communication
I had previous experience with Bank of America that was terrible, and I've been their customer for over 25 years. Jonathan and his staff were just great. I cannot think of anything in their process that needs improvement.
