Straight forward, personable, available, supportive.
I was in contact the whole process. Problems that could arise were stopped and worked on before they became a problem. Very easy to work with.
There is a major lack of communication with this team. I started out working with Kate W. and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was on top of everything. Once she left the team, I felt like just a number.
Kyndle kept the entire process moving without delay or confusion. She was easily reachable and a pleasure to work with.
Communication was just not there. I was very unhappy with the whole transaction.
