Thank for making it happened
Jon was very personable, but also always very professional in his handling of the loan process. The only problem we had working together was dealing with glitches in the software system used to share documents, none of which was his fault.
Alicia was very caring and showed me she cared. I am very satisfied with her service. I would recommend her anytime. She did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable through this process. I appreciate her!
