There was some things with April that was not so good she kept asking for things that we had already sent to her so that was one of the things that bothered us but Stacey did a great job, and yes I would recommend her but not April.
The experience and interactions with the Loan Processor (Not the Loan Officer) were below expectations. Several documents were requested multiple times although were already sent. Very disorganized. Created many unacceptable delays.
