Very attentive and communicative, they seem to care about you and your home and making sure the loan gets processed expediently and correctly.
Pat and his team were with us every step of the way, explaining the process and making sure we had everything we needed.
Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, very approachable and answered all questions promptly and clearly. Also, there were no surprises, whatever he said is what we saw at closing.
