Thanks for the nice review Mr. Gary. I am sorry I couldn't make closing but falling on my elbow created some issues I had to deal with. I am too old to be falling. It doesn't feel as good as it used to lol. I hope to get to meet you soon.
The attentiveness and communication was awesome! We had it very clear what was needed from us and the whole process never stalled. Italia worked very hard for us and we appreciate it.
