Mr Cooper was very knowledgeable and very helpful with amy questions or concerns I had. I was very nervous about the transaction but he really made me feel very good about the whole transaction!!
David made the stressfull time of purchasing a home seamless. David got me to closing earlier as I wanted and the whole process was quick and efficient with no suprises. I will definatly be using them in the future, I highly recommend.

Throughout the process, it was very clear and well directed by Jason Lee, Loan Originator in each step of the procedure. And the video by email was very helpful to understand each step to walk through as well.
