Staff was helpful. I would that they allow more time to gather some of the documentation; it takes a while to get zero balance letters from banks and retailers.

Everything was great except the last minute changes in requirements from the underwriter. Very frustrating and stressful. Overall we were very pleased. You and your team were excellent.
