Craig was extremely helpful throug the entire process. When things got off track, he, and the team, stepped in to make sure everything was addressed. Thank you!

First, Rich has a team who cares about the clients. He is very patient courteous, and respectful. He puts his clients' interests first. He looks like a great professional in this matter.

Availability by phone. I don't call often but when I do and Craig or Rebecca or Jordan pick up the phone, and clarify the need, this means a lot. Thank you!
