There was a lack of timely and professional communication from the front end staff however The staff seeking documents and going back-and-forth with email correspondence was excellent.

Sue and her team are very good and I would use them again they our Realtor. As a new homeowner it would have been nice to be given more information about the process as we went along. At times I felt as if I was bothering people with my questions....
