Pam helped me whenever I needed it. I'm 73 and this entire process is cumbersome at best. You are required to have great computer skills and a lot of patience. Without Pam's help I never would've been able to complete this process.

If clear expectations around the process, what is needed for the loan is what you want or need, this is not the right company for you. The communication is spotty at best. There is a arrogant air in how the senior leadership speaks to you....
