My experience came at a crucial time in all real estate. I think pure magnitude of loans led to some slowdown in processing.
Sue and her team answered every question that was asked, responded to emails quickly/clearly and made the entire experience seamless. Her team did not add to the stress of the entire process and I would high recommend them.
Frequent communication was helpful for knowing what processes were happening and what deadlines needed to be met.
