Following through with promises made. When I was told I would be contacted, I was not. When I faxed a paper to her, she lost it or never received it. I physically drove to an office and handed it to her along with the fax confirmation page....

Took great care for us and our needs. Excellent constant contact and kept us updated on every process.
Joe did an excellent job ameliorating our anxieties throughout the process. We put our trust and faith in Joe and he didn't let us down. He's an easy guy to talk to and do business with.
He was helpful and friendly. He made it that we had very little that we had to worry about during the process.
Steve did a great job with communication and keep us up to speed throughout the whole process. He is very professional and I would use him again if the need arises!
