I can,t say enough about the patients Jen has with the entire process!! She is awesome
too many times I had to resend paper work. Many different hands. Got the impression no one knew what the other person was doing.
Computer glitches ( TO Do chk list was never correct), the Wednesday before closing date we had not heard anything from the mortgage company -- what we needed, were we approved, so we called the Agent. Communication could have been better.
