overall very good. closing disclosure issued very late and my bank is not local. This caused problems with putting closing date in jeopardy because of the holiday weekend. Numbers changing very late: why is this tolerated?

Thank you for your feedback, Eric. The delay in issuing the closing disclosure was due to the builder's preferred title company being non-responsive to our closer's repeated requests for information which unfortunately is out of our control....
