Communication process was difficult. I prefer to meet and communicate in person from time to time. I never met Jen until the day we settled.
Todd was very helpful, professional and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He guided me throughout the whole process when buying my home in 2022. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone needing a lender!
