The communication is great!! The most important aspect for this transaction was to obtain the FHA spot approval for our client!! It's the only way he could be in his new home today!!

As lenders we look for a path forward on every deal, this one needed some extra documentation and coordination with the HOA and HUD to get the Condo unit approved an provide a FHA mortgage. A little extra work and now the client is a home owner!!...
