Overall knowledge.
Everybody was great to work with from the start to the finish. Very personable and accommodating with our needs. We didn't have the best credit going in and they helped us be able to get into our house. Loved working with them.
Everyone provided very clear and detailed communications of how the process would work and then kept me updated throughout the entire process. Also, the app is great!
Closing on time. Being upfront and honest would have been great from the beginning. The staff was unorganized and often couldn't find forms I had already given them. Many staff members were out of the office for an entire week during our process...
