Very good at explaining the process
Alex had clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process and was honest about everything. Another company I worked with did not explain anything or provide details about the loan process as thorough as Alex did.
Our experience was stress free and we felt we were in good hands.
He was very wise, pleasant, professional, available, and put effort into the leg-work for us. He made the entire process very smooth and easy.
