Everything went relatively smoothly. No hard credit pull to start off pre-approval is a huge plus. Communication and answer the phone/texts in timely manner was very reassuring. Also provided great explanations and ideas for loans.
Austin was very informative on all aspects of our transaction. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood every step of the process from pre approval all the way to closing.
