The process was overall simple and although I had many questions during the flow of things Rebecca did great to be available and make time to explain things to both my husband and I.
Needs slight improvement on communication around emails from other people (third party services). I had to reach out to verify because there are too many phishing opportunities in your process.
Tabitha was great but better communication with Chase as many of emails were not answered Or not responded to.
