While it took a long time to get approved, find a house then get an increase, Lorinda, for the most part, was great. There were some customer service issues that could have been better but I expressed my self to her so she is aware.
Communication is the key to everything! Great communication and clear help when needed.
Lorinda is great, she always answered our emails and calls. We had an amazing experience, we highly recommend her!
