Lorinda was helpful every step of the way with getting our home refinanced. Thank you!!

Traci made it great!

Lorinda and the team at Tidewater Mortgage were awesome. They returned calls and emails in a timely manner and were always willing to explain and answer all my questions. Great company work with.

Knowledgeable, prompt and efficient.

Timely scheduled and made miracles

Lorinda was always very prompt - SPEEDY in fact - with process and instructions and what to expect next. Her communications were PERFECT - amount and effectiveness and timeliness. Everything about this process was pleasant!Melissa Burroughs...

Great experience and very responsive. Thanks so much for your help!

James and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the refinancing process. We also liked that everything was done electronically which was efficient.

3rd mortgage we have done with Michael. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Valerie was great, however, the whole process was a pain. Repeated requests for documents. Unnecessary requests for additional fund documentation when we were way over qualified and last minute changes to closing costs.
