    I wouldn't say that our experience was unpleasant it was upsetting. Communication was horrible the way paperwork was handled was horrible

    Melinda is the best! Super responsive and easy to work with. She explains things well but doesn't dumb it down. I really appreciate that she doesn't insist on "speaking to the husband." Love her!
