Scott and his team dot all the I's and cross all the T's right up front, no extensions or drama ever. They close on time and often ready to close long before the close of escrow date as per the RPA. Scott and his team is the BEST!!!

Although not under his control the equity loan thoroug evergreen was the only issue I had.i think their process could be modified to accommodate on-line activitie. A lot of issues with ID verification and reading docs.
