Scott completed the pre-authorization in an amazingly quick time. The whole process from start to finish was done very quickly. Scott and his team were responsive and easy to work with.
My interactions were not with Steve so not sure why I would survey. I believe I got 3 emails from him and very automated about what step we were at in the financing.
