Erin Stark
Everyone was on the ball and always communicated in a timely manner. Erin Stark has now done a few loans for me and is exceptional at her job.
This is the 3rd time we have used Scott and Evergreen. We have never had any problems with the process that were not fixed immediately. I recommend Evergreen and Scott to anyone who is interested in a home loan or refinancing.

Great communication because I was a nervous 1st buyer
Some requirements are can be simplified though I understand it may be necessary for most cases. Scott were able to address my concerns.
The only reason I am using Evergreen again is I can depend on Scott to complete our transaction
