There was several changes to documents and mortgage amounts and proceed amounts right before closing. Our monthly payments went up, and our cash back went down, even after we signed. All in all I'm sure they did their best for us.
Andrew himself was great. The correspondence I experienced with other staff members was mediocre at best. There was lack of communication/explanation from the app used to keep track of our documents which made this process very overwhelming....
