We feel we were lied to. We were told our rate would be 4.375%. And, to get lower, we could but down the rate. 3 days before scheduled closing , they sprung it on us that no matter the rate, we have to buy a rate. It was a bait and switch tactic....

Tye came in and picked up the pieces after another mortgage company dropped the ball and we were at risk at losing the house. Quick turnaround and great communication. Very pleased with him and his team.

I have been through the mortgage process at least a dozen times. This was by far the most seem less and transparent ever. When I asked a question I got an answer. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly.
