Excellent communication and explanation of various loan aspects throughout the process.
Even though things didn't close when expected and ended up paying another house payment, and still don't understand what the delay was in appraisal, Jared was easy to work with.
Elias was my most fierce advocate during our refinancing process. We came up against a deadline and he did everything in his power to move the process quickly. I would never hesitate to recommend Elias or enlist his services again.
