The whole process went well. Amon and Gita were the people we dealt with and they were great. It took a little longer than usual but that was due to the fact it was the holiday season, covid and the low interest rates. This is the 2nd refinance...

The communication was great. The knowledge that your team has was great.
Jared and everyone that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. It took a bit longer from start to finish than we expected, but it is behind us now and we are happy with the results.
William Koumparis and his team were on point. Any questions that I had through out the process were answered in a timely manner and were always answered. Not once did I feel like him and his team didn't know what they were doing.
Overall we had a very good experience with William. He was slightly lacking in communication but he was very nice and knowledgeable in regards to our refinance.
The process started in October, we are still not finished with receiving our money from the lender, the lack of confident answers made my wife and I uneasy throughout the process. If I could do it all over again I would utilize a different...
