Loan was processed fast and did not consume my time.
Trouble communication, not organized, could never get the information needed correctly, would wait till the last minute to ask for documents
Kept getting conflicting information which led my loan to take longer to be processed, also was never given full information of what was needed until the last minute, information needed kept changing as well as being so random. Kept pulling...
