Took a little longer then I expected. I was part of that problem also but I had to send paperwork twice because of the timeframe that had nothing to do with me . Overall I was pretty satisfied considering the distance we're apart. Good job....

William was great but it did feel as soon as someone else was involved we weren't important and would be asked to send stuff we already had. Just seems like we weren't a priority.

If they would of made sure what my cash out would of been they would say different cash out that was the only problem I had with them
