This is the WORST experience we have ever had with a lender. The lack of knowledge and manipulation done by this company was unprofessional. Reena locked in our rate without asking us if we wanted to be locked in. Tiffany refused to reply to...

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We want you to know that it's important for us to deliver excellent service, and we take your review seriously.
Loan changed many times and what I wanted wasn't close to how it ended up. I was surprised at closing with money due. It just left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. Lots to sign without direction. Not sure I would do it again.
