The Delmar team worked diligently to help us close on time. Inspections were delayed due to rain slowing a roof installation, but they worked tirelessly to get everything done on time.

Circumstances beyond Dan's control made the overall experience "ok" rather than "great". Unfortunately, the fallout spilled over into the lending aspect of the entire process.
