Staff was very responsive when I had questions. Explain things to me,broke it down. Told me what I needed to do and how I needed to do it.

It took a long time to get the loan approved, a month longer than we were told. We kept getting asked to provide the same bank and work statements several times, when we had already provided them. We have had 5 other home loans, and 3 other...

Started process in August and kept getting run around and had several closing dates but were cancelled by staff. No one kept me informed as to status and when they did contact they stated the would call back and never received followup calls....
