Jeff made this process extremely smooth. Every concern I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Would absolutely be happy to do another loan with him when it's time to buy a new house.
Jeff walked us through the process and explained everything very clearly along the way. When there were hiccups, he helped us figure out how to adjust, and it was always very easy to communicate with him.
