He is great loan officer he answered all my question during the loan process and helped me out for all required documentaion .
This is my second Davidson home, this time the communication along the process was more which let me know how things were going. Secondly, as we approached closing it was clear when I needed to repond to keep things on schedule.
Nathaniel discussed financing options, and always himself available for questions by phone or email
Always kept us updated as to what was going on with our loan status. Very fast process. Great team that was friendly and professional and worked efficiently to get it done!
