I was depending on the loan agent being more proactive in reaching out with loan rate offers during the entire process. Offers to lock rates would have been helpful in the months prior to closing to avoid the high rate I received in the end...

Zach was great!!! but The underwriting experience was not. It was 72 hrs before our closing and the underwriter still had not given us the full "clear to close" approval. Overal that was the main issue we had. It all worked out in the end.
