Smooth to us. We provided what he requested, and everything went to underwriters without event. For us it was follow the instructions, once and done. I don't know how it could have been better.

Jarod was great, excellent experience communication during the whole time. He was great untill until the last day of closing. Will definitely recommend him to anyon.
Ms Royal very helpful. Any time I had questions or got confused ( frequently ) she always got me back on track....and never yelled at me!!!
