The experience was better than ok. Ok is the only opinion other than great. Kelly was good. I think she can educate the buyer about the process instead of just collecting buyer's information. Explain what the terminology she's using during...

Kelly, was on it ever step of the way. She outlined the process and it as smooth as silk.

The experience wasn't bad. Was just upset with the ability of trying to get a better rate
